Stage 1 — The Chemistry Call
- A 45-minute structured conversation between you and our clinical lead.
- A real relationship starting point rather than a triage call.
- A chance to understand your family’s situation and whether we are the right fit.
Stage 2 — Body Assessment, Blood Panel, and Biometric Monitoring
- ADHD & Autism Help UK Body Assessment with paediatric physiological screening.
- A six-domain neurodevelopmental blood panel.
- 14-day wearable monitoring contextualised by your daily diary in the app.
Stage 3 and 4 — Family Interview and MDT Formulation
- A structured developmental and family interview once the data picture is in hand.
- Full MDT formulation across occupational therapy, speech and language, educational psychology, nursing, and dietetics.
- A parent-only debrief before the full plan is presented.
Stage 5 and Ongoing Subscription
- A comprehensive ADHD & Autism Help UK Plan written to be used, not filed.
- Quarterly reassessment, monthly parent coaching, plan reviews, school liaison, and a clinical advice line.
- Device ownership options for longitudinal monitoring and objective outcome comparison over time.
School and family support
Education, parent support, and ongoing implementation.
