A specialist neurodevelopmental service built on the conviction that the right assessment, at the right time, changes everything.
We are not a waiting room with a report at the end. We are a clinical team that assembles the most complete picture of your child and uses that picture to build a plan that actually works.

Who we are
We serve families across the UK and in Dubai, delivering the ADHD & Autism Help UK model online and in person.
Our founder
Truska Angel
Founder of ADHD & Autism Help UK, NHS Band 8A Service Manager, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, CETR coordination specialist, and solo parent of two neurodivergent daughters.
Truska built ADHD & Autism Help UK because she lived the gap it fills. She has led complex neurodevelopmental work from inside the NHS, designed services that function operationally as well as clinically, and navigated the SEND system as a parent.
Our clinical team
A multidisciplinary team across every domain
Every associate holds HCPC or equivalent registration, relevant post-qualification specialism, current safeguarding training, and professional indemnity insurance.
Our core MDT includes occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, educational psychology, LD nurse prescribers, paediatric dietetics, social skills coaching, adaptive personal training, parent coaching, and experts by experience ambassadors.
Our philosophy
We believe the neurodivergent nervous system deserves to be understood before it is addressed.
Every ADHD & Autism Help UK assessment begins with continuous biometric data, physiological health assessment, and a six-domain blood panel, so the MDT arrives at the formulation table with the most complete picture of your child available anywhere.
What guides us
We use a CTR-adapted formulation framework because every family deserves that level of thoroughness.
We believe in staying. Our subscription model, device ownership option, and quarterly reassessment cycle exist because real change takes time and the best outcomes come when a team is still beside the family a year later.
Every assessment uses paediatric-validated reference standards, with no adult norms applied to children.
Every family has a named clinical lead throughout their ADHD & Autism Help UK journey.
Every recommendation is evidence-based and traceable to the data that generated it.
Lived experience is represented in governance and care as a clinical and ethical commitment.
All data is held under UK GDPR and EU GDPR standards, and families can request deletion at any time.
